June 2026 will be particularly intense in this regard, with a lineup bringing three days of Firenze Rocks to the Visarno Arena and two events that many fans have been waiting for years: Linkin Park and My Chemical Romance, the latter already spilling over into July.

Florence Rocks 2026: Three Nights at the Visarno Arena
The eighth edition of Opel Firenze Rocks takes place on June 12, 13, and 14, 2026, at the Visarno Racetrack, in the heart of the Cascine Park. Three headliners, three dedicated evenings, three different ways of experiencing contemporary rock and pop music:
- Friday, June 12 – Lenny Kravitz, making his debut on the festival stage, on tour with Blue Electric Light. Joining him on stage will be Salmo, with the young band The Sophs opening the show.
- Saturday, June 13 – Robbie Williams, also making his debut at Firenze Rocks, on tour with his new album Britpop, a return to the ’90s sounds that made him one of the most recognizable pop stars of his generation.
- Sunday, June 14 – The Cure, one of the bands that have written fundamental chapters in the history of alternative rock. Joining them will be Mogwai, The Twilight Sad, and Just Mustard: a day designed for fans of the most intense and layered sounds.
The festival, as in past years, attracts a highly international audience, with significant attendance from the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, and the United States. It is one of those events that transform Florence into something different from what one might expect, and that deserve to be experienced with a little extra planning.
Linkin Park at the Visarno Arena: the only Italian date
Just a few days after the festival closes, also at the Visarno Arena, one of the most anticipated events of the Italian music summer is scheduled. On Friday, June 26, 2026, Linkin Park will bring their From Zero World Tour to Italy for what will be their only Italian date in 2026. The band returns to European stages with a revamped lineup and the success of their eighth album, From Zero, released in November 2024, which has propelled the group back to the top of the international charts.
For those who lived through the years of Hybrid Theory and Meteora, and for those who are just now discovering the band’s new phase, this is an opportunity that is unlikely to come around again anytime soon.
My Chemical Romance: The Black Parade Turns 20
Looking just beyond June, it’s worth mentioning another date involving the same audience and the same venue. On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, also at the Visarno Arena, My Chemical Romance will arrive with The Black Parade 2026: a tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of the eponymous album, played in its entirety, with special guests Interpol. Once again, this is the only Italian stop, and for the band’s longtime fans, it’s an event that feels like a small ritual.
How to get to the Visarno Arena from Palazzo Castri
Our location, at Piazza dell’Indipendenza 7, is one of the practical advantages of staying with us during the concert days. The Visarno Arena is located in the Parco delle Cascine, accessible via tram line T1 by getting off at Cascine – Carlo Monni, or on foot in about twenty-five to thirty minutes for those who enjoy walking. During the festival and major concert days, tram service is expanded even at night to facilitate the return trip after the shows end.
