Dear Guest,

Over the last period Palazzo Castri 1874 has followed with great attention the indications and anti-contagion measures by adhering to the "Accoglienza Sicura" protocol promoted by Federalberghi, therefore our procedures have been updated based on the new preventive measures. Our top priorities are ensuring the health and safety of all our Guests that go hand in hand with our aim of offering an excellent service and a high-level hospitality experience based on the warm welcoming of our staff.

Guidelines and general information:

The use of a mask is mandatory in common areas
The hydroalcoholic solution dispensers for hand hygiene are available to guests in all areas of the hotel and are accompanied by signs with simple instructions to avoid any contagion
Hotel Guests are required to show a valid Green Pass or vaccination card for the entry to the wellness center, hydropool and gym
Guests from outside the hotel are required to show their Green Pass or vaccination card to access the Restaurant and Bar services (for sitting inside) and for the Wellness Center, hydropool and gym services
We kindly ask our Guests to keep a social distance of (1 mt) and to avoid gatherings

Reception:

Our Reception desk layouts have been reorganized to ensure maximum security
The room key cards are sanitized before being handed out to our Guests
All of our rooms are equipped with the Restaurant menu and the Spa treatments card that are regularly sanitized
Each room will be sanitized with specific products that are certified according to anti-contagion regulations

Florentia Cafè & Bar:

Reservations are mandatory for both the inside and outside restaurant
Our Concierge is at your complete disposal in this regard
It is mandatory to always wear a mask, except during the seated consumption of food and drinks
Our staff in the Restaurant and Bar will deliver the menu to the Guests found in the special sanitizable stand - Electronic payment is preferable
The seating capacity has been rearranged according to the rules on social distancing (at least 1 meter). Exceptions will only be granted to members of the same family, who can have lunch or dinner together
Room service is up and running

Sport and wellness:

Reservations are required for all treatments in the Beauty room, access to the Spa and gym
The gym is to be used exclusively by single guests or families
It is not mandatory to wear a mask during physical exercise and in the hydropool

Garage service with valet:

Our Hotel collaborates with an external garage for the parking of our guests cars
Our valet parking and redelivery service is available and fully operational
The Staff wears adequate individual protective equipment (DPI)

Covid test:
